Phoenix Running - West Sussex

Vernon is an experienced marathon runner and a regular at Phoenix events. He is also the founder and core team member of East Grinstead Parkrun. Vernon will be taking on the role of event director for Phoenix Running West Sussex alongside his wife Joanne and son Christian who will make up the core team.

Vernon and his team have been running the roads and trails of West Sussex for many years and look forward to welcoming you to some of their favourite running routes.
